Rolando Meza was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, and came to the United States at age 7. Growing up in Phoenix, Arizona, he developed the values of hard work, independence, and pride in his identity. He also built an early interest in technology, learning computer programming as a teenager and later studying Computer Information Systems at Phoenix College.

Before joining Torgenson Law, Rolando worked at State Farm Insurance as a total loss adjuster and then as a bodily injury adjuster. That experience gives him valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate injury claims. At Torgenson Law, Rolando helps clients understand the legal and insurance sides of their cases, offering clear guidance from the first conversation.
