I was first introduced to Torgenson Law By my cousin After a dog attacked myself and my own Dog Abby. I wanted justice for my medical injuries and my mental PTSD from this traumatic attack. And I wanted justice for the traumatic injuries my Abby suffered. My Cousin told me that Torgenson Law specialized in these kinds of attacks and that they had great reviews. So I called. From the first call I felt cared for, and that they had all my best interests in mind. I loved the fact that they wanted to know not only how I was doing, but was concerned about Abby. They made sure all of my medical needs were taken care of from day ONE! Arranging all the medical appointments for me and no billing was ever talked about just my health. In the end I was very happy with the outcome of my case. This spring I was attacked by a dog in the face. I was working at a grooming salon & my life changed after that. I had stitches in 3 areas of my face & spent the weekend in the ER. I couldn’t be around dogs & lost the 2nd job I had due to ptsd as well. Two careers gone. I had never been through anything like this and have never needed a lawyer. I was so scared, vulnerable & out of my depth. I spoke with a few lawyers but none of them felt right or even seemed like they cared. Ariana didn’t just explain the legal process to me, but she showed compassion and sympathy that went far above any professional responsibility. Torgenson Law Group was phenomenal from start to finish. Ariana (attorney) and Jennifer (case manager) were fast, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. Communication was consistent and clear — I always knew what was happening with my case.
My accident was on November 30th, and I had my settlement in my bank account by February 10th. Ariana is a bulldog in the best way — exactly who you want negotiating on your behalf. They handled everything efficiently and made the process easy.
